ABOUT US

DeMedCon (Devaraj Urs Medical Conference) is a national level undergraduate medical conference hosted by Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research (SDUAHER), Karnataka, Kolar; organized by the Student Research Committee of SDUAHER since 2014.

It offers a platform for medical and allied health sciences students to present their research papers, posters, enrich their medical, research, allied science and surgical skills and knowledge all while having a ton of fun, through numerous engaging and entertaining events such as workshops, scientific debates, clinicopathological competitions and much more.

The COVID ‘19 pandemic has brought with it a host of unexpected changes upon the entire world and the field of medical and health sciences is no exception. In such trying times our ability to adapt and re-invent the existing norms to maximize the available opportunities and effectively utilize our time as undergraduates will determine our success in this vast and vibrant field of healthcare.

Therefore, the Student Research Committee of SDUAHER is excited to present to you ‘DeMedCon 2021’ which will be conducted ONLINE for the very first time; a first in the history of undergraduate medical conferences!
